Welcome to your alpine home from home
The entrance to the chalet is via the boot room. Here you will find everything you need to keep your ski gear warm, dry and organised. Individual cubby holes are the perfect place to store your helmets and goggles whilst the heated boot warmers will make sure your feet start the day warm and toasty.
From the boot room you pass through the stunning vestibule where the wine racks of the owners private cellar sit snugly under the striking exposed rock face of the mountain. A flight of stairs brings you to the first couplet of rooms, the Lower Meadow. Paying homage to the owners’ love of cows all rooms are named after some of our favourite breeds. Dexter and Holstein are next to each other connected by a small vestibule and each with their own private bathroom with rain showers.
The next short flight of stairs brings you to the second landing where you will find the chalet’s most popular and unique feature – the Stag Bar. Cut out of the rock face like the wine cellar below it, with the same ambient temperature all year round, here is the place you can start, or continue your apres ski!
If the gin tray doesn’t tickle your fancy then perhaps a dram of whisky from the Whisky wall, or an artisan beer from one of the local breweries? Fully stocked for your arrival for you to enjoy with our compliments during your stay there is also a table football and Sonos sound system to be enjoyed to guests of all ages.

A few Chalet highlights
A few steps away and you find yourself at the next couplet of rooms, the Upper Meadow. Charolais and Shorthorn can be configured easily as Kingsize or Twins and if an extra bed is needed then Charolais is the room we would recommend. Again they have private en suite bathrooms and like all of our bedrooms stunning mountain views.

Chalet Gallery
Take the next flight of stairs and you will arrive at the kitchen, the heart of any home. Spacious and open plan with double height ceilings and bathed with light from the floor to eaves windows, the extendable dining table seats ten adults comfortably while the breakfast bar is a popular perch for younger guests to enjoy snack and meals.
Two ovens, a dishwasher, two fridges and a freezer mean it’s easy to cater for a full chalet of guests and the walk-in pantry is the perfect place to prepare and store food and keep the kitchen clutter free. Through a sliding door you access the large kitchen terrace where al fresco meals and drinks are framed by breathtaking open views over to the Pleney slopes and up and down the valley.
Tucked into the corner of the terrace is the Weber BBQ , conveniently placed next to another sliding window for easy passing of food to and from the BBQ chef!

Chalet Floor Plans
Another short flight of stairs takes you to the cosy sitting room. Complete with squishy leather sofas and a roaring open fire it’s a fabulous place to relax after an active day in the mountains. The wall of sliding doors to the large outdoor terrace again frame what’s arguably the best view in the valley.
Just above the sitting room on the other side is a door to another outdoor terrace – this one home to the hot tub and sundeck. Watch the sun slip down behind the imposing Roc D’Enfer whilst you enjoy your favourite tipple – one of the best ways to round off a day’s skiing.
The final flight of stairs leads to the Highland suite with a kingsize bed, luxurious bath and separate rain shower and terrace to enjoy your morning coffee whilst soaking up the serenity of the valley – it’s no wonder it’s a guest favourite. A discreet partition wall separates the main bedroom from the three children’s bunks, making this the ideal room for families with younger children as it allows everyone to be close together but not on top of each other. And the coupling of rooms over three separate floors makes it the perfect home from home for up to three families or a group of up to ten adults who want to enjoy time together whilst still being able to have privacy when needed. All in all the ideal alpine destination.
